You can only Special Summon with the 1st procedure of this card’s name once per turn, and you can only use its 2nd effect once per turn.
(1) If you control a Level/Rank 2 monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand).
(2) If another of your Level/Rank/Link-2 monsters battles an opponent’s monster, during damage calculation (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand or field to the GY; your battling monster gains ATK/DEF equal to that opponent’s monster’s current ATK until the end of this turn.
