Normal Spell Card
[Requirement] YOu can activate if you control 3 face-up monsters (Beast-Type)
[Effect] Your opponent declares a type of card (Monster, Spell or Trap) and then sends the top card of their Deck to the Graveyard. If that card is not the declared type, all face-up monsters you control can attack directly this turn.
Note: 猫の目 can refer to something something incredibly fickle.
